Our group is asking how the fourth amendment can be adapted for the digital age. We probably need new concepts to conceive of how the fourth amendment applies to digital things- like texts, and files -and our group will examine some court cases that have centered on these new concepts. We will also examine Obama's Privacy Bill of Righs and the Patriot Act and how these two acts are examples of the fourth amendment in conflict.
