In our project we take you on a journey through the NSA Spy Network and look at all of the "sub-agencies" that make up the NSA Network. But when we were educating ourselves on the NSA we stumbled across the Utah Data Center, which is the NSA's newest addition to their network, where they look at private emails, phone calls, travel itineraries, parking reciepts, and even bookstore purchases. It was completed in 2013, with a price tag of $2 billion. Since there isn't a direct phone number to call that is available to public, we contacted several phone numbers that is on the NSA's website in the hopes one would get us to the Utah Data Center. Once on the phone we hoped to ask these various questions:

1.      How does the NSA generate funding for UDC and the alike?

2.      Who are the executives at the UDC?

3.      May we tour the UDC?

a.      If so, what permits or requirements might we need?

4.      What kind of data (specifically) does the Utah Data Center collect?

5.      Who has access to the data the UDC stores?

a.      What level of clearance /qualifications do these people have?

6.      How does one go about obtaining a job at the Utah Data Center?

7.      Was there any kind of democratic vote taken before the NSA was granted the rights to build the UDC?

8.      Who permits the NSA to access/collect the publics information?

9.      How much data does the Utah Data Center have as of now?

a.      What about the entire NSA network?

10.  How do the NSA Board members make policy decisions?

11.  What is the average salary pay at the Utah Data Center?

a.      Highest/lowest?

12.  Why did the NSA feel the need to build the UDC?

but, we couldn't ask the people on the phone but we did email them but haven't heard anything back.
